How do I find my order ID and receipt?

Your order ID lets us find your payment in seconds. Crossmint processes payments for many apps, so without it we may need several messages to locate your purchase.

Where to find it

  1. Your Crossmint receipt email. Every completed purchase sends an email from Crossmint with the amount, the token or stablecoin bought, the wallet it was sent to and the order ID, shown as Order ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Search your inbox and spam folder for "Crossmint". If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, the email went to the address linked to that account.
  2. The app you bought in. Many apps show the order or transaction reference in their purchase history or activity screen. The app's support team can also see it.
  3. Your bank statement. The description CROSSMINT* 1234 ends in a 4-digit reference for the order. It is not the full order ID, but together with the exact date, time and amount it lets us find the payment.

I have no receipt

No receipt usually means the payment did not complete: declined payments and cancelled checkouts send no email, and any amount your bank shows is a temporary hold. See My card was declined. If your bank shows the charge as completed or posted and you still have no receipt, check the inbox of every email, Apple ID or Google account you may have used in the app, then contact us with your statement screenshot.

Submit a support ticket here. Please send everything you have in your first message: a screenshot of every charge with the exact date, time, amount, currency and statement description; the last 4 digits of the card and whether it is stored in Apple Pay or Google Pay; the app or website where you bought and the account you used there; your Crossmint receipt email(s) with the order ID; and what happened, in your own words. An incomplete report means we have to write back and ask, which delays your case by days.

Please never send your full card number, security code, passwords, one-time codes, private keys or recovery phrase.
