Regulated Activities

Crossmint Europe, S.L. is a company authorized by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) (Authorization ID: [___]) as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), by resolution dated December 18, 2025, to provide the following services: 1) Exchange of crypto-assets for funds; 2) Custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; and 3) Provision of crypto-asset transfer services on behalf of clients.

Non-Regulated Activities

Crossmint, Inc provides the following non-regulated services: 1) Services to facilitate the purchase and transfer of certain digital assets (NFTs and closed-loop tokens) that are not regulated by MiCA, and software provided in connection with such NFTs; 2) Use of a non-custodial wallet ; and 3) Website available at www.crossmint.com and any mobile and desktop applications for services not subject to MiCA.
