I'm having trouble logging in to my Crossmint wallet

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This article is for the wallet at crossmint.com. If you bought tokens or USDC inside another app, your wallet is inside that app: sign in there with the account you used to buy, and contact that app's support team if you cannot. Crossmint cannot reset an app's login.

Sign in the same way you paid

A Crossmint wallet is created for the identity you used at checkout. Signing in a different way (another email, Google instead of email, a different Google account) opens a different, empty wallet. Use the same method:

  • Email. Enter the email you used at checkout. We send a one-time code and a sign-in link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and search for mailer@auth.crossmint.io; ask your email provider to allow that sender if it is being filtered. See Why am I not receiving emails from Crossmint?.
  • Google or Apple. Pick the account you used at checkout. If your Apple ID hides your email, the wallet is tied to that Apple ID; sign in with Apple again.

Which identity did I use?

Your Crossmint receipt email tells you: it was sent to the address linked to the identity that paid. If you have no receipt, search every inbox you own for "Crossmint".

I signed in but the wallet is empty

You are most likely in a wallet for a different identity. Sign out and try the other email or sign-in method. If you bought in an app, the tokens are in the app's wallet, not here: see I paid with my card but my tokens or USDC didn't show up.

I no longer have access to that email

See I lost access to my email. How can I access my wallet?.

Still stuck?

Submit a support ticket here and include, in your first message: the email or sign-in method you are using, the one you think you paid with, a screenshot of the error, and any Crossmint receipt with its order ID. Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or recovery phrases.
