Why am I not receiving emails from Crossmint?

Users may sometimes experience issues receiving emails from Crossmint. One common reason for this is when the recipient's email inbox has reached its storage capacity limit or the email landed in spam.

If you're not receiving emails from Crossmint in your inbox or spam, your inbox may be full. When an inbox reaches its storage capacity, new incoming emails will bounce back to the sender with a "mailbox full" notification.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email inbox storage capacity

  2. Delete or archive unnecessary emails to free up space

  3. Move large attachments or emails to folders outside your main inbox

  4. Empty your trash/deleted items folder to permanently free up space

Once you've cleared sufficient space in your inbox, contact Crossmint support to request a resend of any important communications you may have missed.
