What tools & services require KYC, and how long will it take?

Only payment services require KYC, which usually processes immediately but can take up to 24 hours.

Usually, you will be auto-verified within seconds. In some cases, manual review can take up to 24 hours, but this is rare. If you are flagged for manual review, we will need social media account and website info for your project.

Our third-party tool makes KYC simple. Be sure to:

  • Have your government ID ready
  • Be in a well-lit room
  • Remove glasses for the selfie portion

Is KYC required for staging (testing)?

No. You can set up your project in our staging environment without KYC to test everything out. Verification is only required for production.
