If your NFT is not appearing in your Crossmint wallet, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Refresh metadata
- Log in to your Crossmint wallet
- Click on your NFT
- Click the Refresh 🔃 button (upper right of the NFT detail section)
2. Verify that you are signed in with the correct method
Ensure you have signed in to Crossmint using the correct method (e.g., email address, social media account). Users accidentally create new accounts with different credentials. Double-check that you are logging in with the method you created your account with or made your purchase with.
Remember if you logged in using your email and using your wallet, there will be two different accounts created. The accounts cannot be combined (for now).
3. Confirm you are logged into the correct account
To make sure you’re signing in the correct account, check which email our receipt sends to by clicking the receiver address. If you've signed in correctly but still encounter issues, try logging in from a different device or browser. Occasionally, updating your browser or using a different one can resolve these issues quickly.
Note: If you logged in using a Gmail address and using your wallet, please try to login both through the email field and Google's proprietary login as they are different accounts. The accounts cannot be combined (for now).
4. Allow time for processing
Certain blockchains process transactions slower than others. For example, Ethereum NFTs may take several minutes to appear in your wallet. Please keep this in mind.
5. Searching for NFTs on external marketplaces
To find your NFT on marketplaces like MagicEden or OpenSea, ensure your Crossmint account is connected to the marketplace.
