If your NFT is not appearing in your Crossmint wallet, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Refresh metadata
- Log in to your Crossmint wallet
- Click on your NFT
- Refresh the page using your browser’s reload button or by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac)
2. Verify that you are signed in with the correct method
Ensure you’re logging in with the same method you used to create your account or make your purchase, such as your email address or a social media account. Users sometimes create multiple accounts by signing in with different credentials.
If you signed in once with an email and another time with a wallet, you have two separate accounts. These accounts cannot be merged (for now).
3. Confirm you are logged into the correct account
Check which account you used for the purchase by finding the email receipt and verifying the recipient address. If you're logged in correctly but still don’t see your NFT, try signing in from a different browser or device. Updating your browser or switching to a different one can also help resolve display issues.
4. Allow time for processing
Some blockchains process transactions slower than others. Ethereum NFTs, for example, may take several minutes to appear in your wallet. If your NFT hasn’t shown up yet, please allow some time for the transaction to complete.
5. Searching for NFTs on external marketplaces
To locate your NFT on platforms like Magic Eden or OpenSea, make sure your Crossmint wallet is connected to the marketplace.
