If you can't see your NFT in your Crossmint wallet, try these steps:
- Ensure you signed into Crossmint with the correct sign-in method.
- Due to our mission to make this experience as frictionless as possible, we’ve almost made it too easy. Sometimes people accidentally create new accounts with different email addresses or sign-in methods. Check to see if this is the case.
- If you're certain you logged into the correct account:
- Account for processing times.
- Some blockchains move more slowly than others.
- If you purchased an Ethereum NFT, it could take several minutes to arrive.
- If you still can't see your NFT, please contact us via support message. We will help you as quickly as possible.
If you're searching for your NFT on a marketplace like MagicEden or OpenSea, Crossmint does not yet support directly connecting to these. This feature is coming soon.
