My NFT is not showing up in my wallet

If you can't see your NFT in your Crossmint wallet, try these steps:

  1. Ensure you signed into Crossmint with the correct sign-in method.
    • Due to our mission to make this experience as frictionless as possible, we’ve almost made it too easy. Sometimes people accidentally create new accounts with different email addresses or sign-in methods. Check to see if this is the case.
  2. If you're certain you logged into the correct account:
    • Ensure your browser and device are updated
    • Clear your cookies/cache 
    • Try logging in with a different device or browser. 
  3. Account for processing times.
    • Some blockchains move more slowly than others.
    • If you purchased an Ethereum NFT, it could take several minutes to arrive. 
  4. If you still can't see your NFT, please contact us via support message. We will help you as quickly as possible.

If you're searching for your NFT on a marketplace like MagicEden or OpenSea, Crossmint does not yet support directly connecting to these. This feature is coming soon.
