How do wallets work with Crossmint Prepay?

All Crossmint Prepay users will receive Crossmint wallets.

Users that purchase NFTs via Prepay are currently using our Credit Card Checkout, which, at the time of this writing, creates a Crossmint custodial wallet for customers.

Can customers use their own wallet addresses with Crossmint Prepay?

Crossmint Prepay only supports Crossmint custodial wallets at this time. However, users can easily export NFTs from their Crossmint wallet into their own non-custodial wallet, such as Phantom or Metamask.
