I can't export or transfer my NFT from my Crossmint wallet

There are a few reasons you may have difficulty exporting your NFTs from your Crossmint wallet, but we have solutions.

[Exporting...] button greyed out

Usually, exports are instantaneous. But if the Export button has changed to Exporting... and is greyed out, it means the export is in progress.

  • If this state lasts longer than an hour or two, check your email for further instructions.
  • If you have questions, please send us a support message.

My external wallet address is not accepted

It's essential to ensure you copy and paste your external wallet address into the Export modal perfectly. We will validate addresses by chain and will let you know if you've input an invalid address for the chain that the NFT is on.

  • Note: Currently, we do not currently accept custom crypto name addresses such as ENS or Bonfida (aka yourname.eth, yourname.sol).

First time exporting

Finally, if it's your first time exporting, it can take a little longer than normal to export (which is usually instantaneous).

  • If this state lasts longer than an hour or two, check your email for further instructions.
  • If you have questions, please send us a support message.
