There could be a few reasons why you're having trouble transferring your NFTs. But don't worry, we're here to help you sort it out.
1. "Exporting..." button is unclickable
Under normal circumstances, exports happen quickly. If the "Export" button has switched to "Exporting..." and is unclickable, it indicates the transfer is underway.
If this continues for more than an hour or two, you might want to check your email for additional guidance. If this doesn't work, kindly reach out to our support team.
2. My external wallet address isn't being recognized
Make sure to copy and paste your external wallet address (Metamask, Phantom, etc.) accurately into the "Export" section. We validate addresses based on the specific blockchain, and we'll notify you if the address you've entered doesn't match the blockchain your NFT belongs to.
Just a heads up: We currently don't support custom crypto name addresses like ENS or Bonfida (for example, yourname.eth, yourname.sol).
3. First-time exporting
If you're a newbie to the exporting process, it might require you to complete some verification. Don't worry it's super simple, the UI is self-explainato. After verification, the export is instant.
