Primary Sales (buying directly from creators)

• You can purchase up to $1,500 per transaction

Secondary Sales (marketplace purchases)

• Each marketplace has its own limits to ensure safe transactions

These limits help us protect both buyers and sellers while processing payments quickly and securely.

Can I increase my payment limits?

We understand that sometimes you might need higher limits for special purchases!

For secondary sales: Payment limits are standardized across each marketplace to maintain security. While we can't adjust these individually for a customer, they're designed to accommodate most purchases.

For primary sales: Good news! Higher limits may be available for your collection. Simply have the collection owner reach out to our Sales team, and we'll be happy to explore options together.
